Items purchased in our Offices
We accept returns of merchandise, provided that the merchandise is unworn and in it’s original condition. Intent to return the item must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the piece. Return shipments must be created within 48 hours of receiving the piece. The buyer fully is responsible for all costs relating to the return shipment. The package must be fully insured for return. Refunds will be processed 48 hours after the returned item is received and accepted. Custom made items are not returnable.
Items purchased online
PayPal is the only acceptable method of payment.Payments made with an E-check through PayPal, take approximately 7 days to clear. Purchased item(s) will ship with FedEx or UPS, priority overnight, within 1 business day after payment is confirmed and cleared. The package is fully insured while in transit and will require an adult signature on delivery. On signature, the insurance will cease.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees and/or tariffs which may be imposed. Merchandise will not be shipped to a P.O Box address. All merchandise, with the exception of antique jewelry and signed pieces, will be serviced and cleaned before shipping.
