Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
- Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, free from excessive wear or damage, and include all original packaging and documentation.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Authorization Required: Please contact us prior to returning your purchase to receive return authorization and instructions.

- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued within 48 business hours.
- Method: Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or Bespoke Jewelry: Final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.
