I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Ari and Alon. My fiance (now-husband!) and I worked with Ari on our wedding bands from start to finish - he was extremely patient, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We met with Ari on multiple occasions and he made us feel comfortable and explained in detail every aspect of the ring design and the various options/choices that we have. He kept us involved at every stage (design, casting, setting, etc.) and the bands turned out gorgeous. Since then, I've already been back several times (they make you feel so welcomed, you just can't stay away!) - I brought a bracelet that holds incredible sentimental value to me to have shortened, something that I would not trust to just anyone. Our only regret is that we didn't find Ari and Alon before we got engaged - we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking; and will definitely be back for future jewelry purchases.
